Mission Statement:

The Dith Pran Holocaust Awareness Project, Inc. is a not-for-profit, nonpolitical organization that seeks to continue Dith Pran’s mission to educate others about the Cambodian genocide/holocaust which took place from April 1975 to January 1979.  We want to spread the word about the Cambodian genocide's mass destruction and wholesale senseless loss of life. Through knowledge, we learn not to make the same mistakes of the past. Genocide education will hopefully encourage people to take an active stand against the inhumanities of brutal wars and mass killing, possibly help prevent such conflicts, and to realize that they can make a positive difference in our world.
